Wudhu Facilities Project

As the only mosque in Stafford serving an ever increasing community, visitors and travellers passing through, we are constantly improving and extending to accommodate the demand of the facilities.

Stafford Muslim prayer hall are planning to move the wudhu and toilet facilities out of the main hall into the downstairs room with the existing ladies room moving upstairs

Carrying out ablutions next to the main hall has never been ideal and does become disruptive
It is now necessary to relocate these facilities, we can only do this with the help and support of our community, please donate as much Lillah/ Sadqa jaryia to support our community prayer hall

Proposed plans and a cost breakdown for this work will be shown below.

Ones Who Tend To The Mosques Will Be Of The Rightly Guided:

“Surely he only shall tend the mosques of Allah who has believed in Allah and the Last Day, and kept up the prayer, and brought the Zakat, and is apprehensive of none except Allah; so, it may be that those will be among the rightly Guided.”

Surat At Tawbah (9:18)

Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.) said, a hadith reported by Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim:

“Whosoever builds for Allah a masjid, Allah will reward him similar to it in paradise.”

Donating money to build a masjid for the sake of Allah(SWT) is a sadaqah jariah (continuing charity), meaning the reward will continue to reach the donor even after his/her death.

Prophet (SAW) said:

”When a man dies, nothing lives on after him, except for three things: sadaqah jariyah (continuing charity), knowledge which can benefit others, or virtuous offspring who will pray for him”
